Renowned worldwide for their French techniques and Pastries, we're searching for a Customer Service Officer to join our team in our Head Office located in Camberwell.


About the role:


You're responsible for maintaining and building relationships with external customers, having clear communication, ensuring excellence in service and representation on behalf of the business.


What you'll bring to the role:

  • Strong Communication
  • Good Customer Service
  • Customer Relationships
  • Product Maintenance
  • Experience in a call centre in an inbound role
  • The ability to work as part of a team and individually
  • Proficient computer literacy
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP (ideal but bot mandatory, we can train them)
  • Handling all external communication; complaints, queries, phone transfers in a professional manner.
  • To ensure all complaints, issues and queries are followed up related to wholesale customers
  • To complete all data entries, amendments and filing of customer orders.
  • Assisting setup and introduction of new customer to company processes.
  • Communicating all relevant information to all relevant departments & system update.
