About you

• Previous management experience in a fine dining environment
• A leadbyexample leadership with a focus on staff progression
• Excellent leadership skills with a strong focus on team and guest satisfaction

About the Role
This role will provide you with fantastic career progression and development.

• Delivering outstanding customer experiences through personally demonstrating positive interactions and coaching the team to do the same
• Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
• Having a proactive, and solutionfocused approach to improving guest satisfaction
• Overseeing all venue operations including the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members in line with brand values
• Upholding operational standards across all areas of the restaurant, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and service culture
