Do you have a passion for civil construction and a flair for carpentry and concrete finishing? Look no further

MAG Apprenticeships are seeking an adventurous and ambitious individual to join our team as a Civil Trainee.

MAG can provide you with the opportunity to work with a variety of Hosts that will guide you through all the varied aspects of civil construction.

They will share their knowledge and expertise to support you in developing your skills within the civil sector and will also be a valuable network for your career post traineeship.

Roller ticket holders are especially welcome, as we like to shake things up around here

Responsibilities:

Assisting with a variety of civil works projects, from earthworks to drainage to concrete patching
Showcasing your carpentry skills in formwork projects
Finessing concrete finishes to perfection
Operating small compaction equipment and other machinery as required
Being an allaround team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Having fun on the job while getting the work done safely and efficiently

Requirements:

White Card
Previous experience in civil works and/or carpentry/structural works
A roller ticket or other plant operating experience
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
A cando attitude
A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
