We are now on the search for an experienced and enthusiastic
Accounts Payable Administrator.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will join the William Adams Finance Team and work with our experienced Accounts Payable team in our head office in
Clayton.

You will work in a supportive and inclusive team in a modern open-plan office, with plenty of Cat yellow to be found.

What a typical day will look like:

Responsible for all accounts payable
Processing invoices
Performing tasks based on a set schedule
Documenting performance output versus predetermined targets
Managing internal and external queries
Reconciling vendor statements
Processing EFT, BPAY and International Payment Runs

ABOUT YOU

Your positive, can-do attitude and high attention to detail will set you up for success in this full time, permanent role.

You are driven, naturally alert and have an innate ability to spot issues.

You will have the following key skills, experience & attributes:

Extensive experience in an Accounts Payable role processing large volume transactions
Strong data processing skills
Proven organisation skills and strong attention to detail
Intermediate proficiency with MS office suite including Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
