Thekey duties:

Strongstrategic design and analysis background
Providingongoing consultation and engagement, using excellent interpersonaland influencing skills, to build a strong relationship with keystakeholders and develop an understanding of their perspectives,supporting their journey for successful digital transformation andprioritisation or planning of digital and ICT proposals.
Developinguser research insights, synthesising information derived fromresearch and conducing analysis, and managing data flows withCommonwealth agencies to deliver meaningful insights on complexareas of policy and inform the strategic direction of Governmentsdigital transformation and prioritisation and planning of digitaland ICT proposals.
Preparingrobust, proactive and innovative written advice based on anunderstanding of the strategic and policy environment and relatedissues, evidence from research, stakeholder and user needs andorganisational priorities.
Supportingthe development and implementation of performance reporting andevaluation frameworks
Workingcollaboratively with colleagues within your team, the branch andacross the DTA, to problem solve, reach outcomes and (whererelevant) collaborate with external bodies.
Lead orsupport a multidisciplinary team to develop outcomes for theGovernments digital services as required.
