At this welcoming facility you will be supported by the senior management team but also enjoy autonomy in your role, we need an experienced clinician who can hit the ground running

You will work under the direction and report to an experienced Facility Manager
Supported by a longstanding Clinical Nurse and a team of experiences RN's

The Requirements:

Have exceptional knowledge of the Aged Care industry and its continuous changes
Significant experience as a Clinical Manager in a residential aged care facility
Preparation of clinical care and ACFI documents
Demonstrated Clinical Leadership within the health sector
A solid understanding of the Accreditation Standards
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships with managers, staff and overall the residents
Dementia experience will be highly regarded
A genuine passion for working within Aged Care
Hold a current AHPRA registration and maintain a positive police check
