A rare opportunity has arisen to join our high performing team at AIA Australia.

We are seeking an experienced
Talent Acquisition Specialist for an initial 6
month fixed term contract to drive operational and strategic projects managing the Tech portfolio.

Important to note there is potential for this contract to extend or become a permanent role.

What you'll be doing:

Operational end to end recruitment and strategic sourcing across the tech suite with a key focus on project services
Providing guidance and advice as a trusted partner adding value through your market insights and approach to identifying, engaging and retaining top talent
Driving continuous improvement projects

Who you are:

An experienced and engaging Talent Acquisition Specialist within the ICT/Technology space
Customer driven and passionate about providing a high level of service
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and strong communication skills
Results driven, you are all about outcomes and exceeding targets and providing continuous improvement to the business
