_Key requirements of the role:
_

Providing wideranging program and administrative support to the program manager and team.
Assist with the scheduling and planning, as well as track the completion of project deliverables.
Monitor and report on project progress, including preparation of highlight reports, memos, briefing notes and Steering Committee Pack.
Coordinate project communications, and develop publications, as required
Plan and facilitate meetings, workshops, seminars and/or training sessions, as required.
Create, update and maintain project registers, including risks, assumptions, issues, decision, deliverables, and lessons learned.
Create, update and maintain program financials, prepare budget reports and monitor project budget.
Assist in auditing projects in Project management software, Sciforma, to ensure the quality maintained.
Assist in drafting various program and project artefacts.

_ Ideal experience required:
_

Demonstrated knowledge and experience as a Project Officer, operating project management systems and project software.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management governance, frameworks, procedures and practices.
Demonstrated experience writing and maintaining project documentation/reports.
Highlevel written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with MS Project and MS Office Suite.
Problem solving attitude with an eye for detail.
