We are seeking a smart and energised professional Executive Assistant to provide high quality support to senior members of our leadership team.

The role can be based at either our Sydney or Canberra office location.


To be successful in this role you will need to be enthusiastic and an energetic person who loves going above and beyond to exceed support expectations daily.

You will need to enjoy operating with a high level of autonomy and have the capability to manage challenging diaries, competing deadlines and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide high level confidential, executive support, including the coordination of internal and external meetings and conferences, domestic and international travel bookings, expenses and processing payments for approval.
  • Provide high level confidential and professional support with respect to sensitive business and staff activities.
  • Manage and coordinate diaries in an accurate, proactive and efficient manner ensuring time is managed effectively. This will include negotiating appointments internally and with external stakeholders, being able to make last minute calendar updates, consistently scanning for calendar conflicts and maintaining close communication in order to predict required calendar movements and inform relevant stakeholders.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 6 years previous experience in an executive support or complex project administration role.
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Display exceptional communication and presentation skills with a willingness to learn and provide an innovative approach.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
  • Demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential information and the capacity to maintain confidentiality and professional standards of behaviour in difficult and sensitive circumstances.
  • Work with mínimal supervision
