About our Opportunity


As a valued team member of our Fortitude Valley showroom, you will work as part of a team to provide sales support to our external reps and provide an exceptional level of service to our customers visiting our showroom on a Saturday.

This is a varied role but a typical day during the week will involve supporting 3-4 sales reps with estimating, quotes and general admin as well as consulting with Architects, Builders, builder clients and renovators.

In our showroom on a Saturday you will be the first point of contact for any visitors with window product enquiries, assisting with product selection, preparing quotes, managing sales and follow ups.


About you


We're looking to leverage your sales support experience, along with a keenness to learn our window products and work as part of a collaborative team.

You will be a well organised headstrong team player who enjoys working autonomously, who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.


You will have:
- exposure to windows/building industry, advantageous
- showroom and/or estimating experience
- ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house CRM system
- excellent interpersonal & communication skills, a strong work ethic
- ability to multitask & manage time effectively
- excellent attention to detail

We will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from experienced team.

Once you have completed your initial training and are confident in the role, you will have the option of working from home for two days per week.

Work Schedule:


Tuesday to Friday 9am - 5pm supporting our Sales Representatives and Saturdays working in the showroom servicing window customers 9am - 2pm.
