Our team in Birtinya

are on the lookout for a Full Time Medical Receptionist to join them in welcoming and providing the best service and care to our patients on the Sunshine Coast. The Lumus Imaging Kawana clinic is an outpatient clinic with MRI, Nuclear Medicine, X Ray, Ultrasound, CT, and Bone Density services offered to a wide range of patients.

This position is offered on a permanent, Full Time basis.

Working hours will be in shifts that range between early mornings and late nights, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday work (penalty rates apply).

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
Make radiology exam bookings
General Clerical Duties
Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
