Progression, Assessment and Awards Team

Your new roles


This role is established to offer assistance to the Manager Progression, Assessment and Awards in the strategic and operational oversight of My eQuals, Results, Academic Status Progression, and Board of Examiners.

More specifically, this position holds accountability for executing tasks associated with central student services, encompassing administrative management, governance, and audit for the administration of results and academic progression.

Additionally, it involves handling related service provisions for the University's primary hub addressing matters related to student results and progressions administration.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Provide effective leadership to a diverse team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional resulting and progression services to the University Community.
  • Foster a positive work environment by encouraging collaboration, teamwork, and open communication.
  • Mentor, guide, and develop team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Develop staff planning strategies to ensure adequate coverage and skill sets to meet service objectives.
  • Implement performance management initiatives to maintain high standards and achieve service excellence.
  • Facilitate effective communication with colleagues and customers to understand outcomes and requirements aligned with business needs.
  • Monitor and ensure service level agreements are met, and customer satisfaction remains high.
