About the role
My client is seeking a friendly and professional Administrator to join their supportive and stable team environment.
In addition to the reception and administrative support, you will work in a collaborative team to drive efficiencies, process improvement, and ensure ongoing development.
The purpose of this position is to support customer enquiries and play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative and front of house functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain internal database system.
- Manage and organize the company calendar.
- Process orders, quotes,
- Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with dispatch documents & coordinate transport.
- Follow up with clients as necessary on ETA's & delay's.
- General admin duties including, managing office supplies, data entry, filing, & scanning paperwork.
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant is essential.
- Invoicing experience and CRM management skills are highly valued.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Friendly, approachable, and a team player.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
