The Job

  • Leading the clinical team in the delivery of clinical care services in accordance with McKenzie Aged Care Group (MACG) policies, HTG's, processes and Cornerstone values.
  • Effectively and efficiently managing the human, material and financial resources.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission (ACQ&SC) accreditation standards and legislation.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating care for residents in accordance with scope of practice and coordinated health and allied health services care planning, ensuring safe and effective evidencebased care.
  • Undertaking the role of infection prevention and control (IPC) lead for the site

Bribie Cove is a 90 bed residential aged care facility, situated in a tranquil, subtropical seaside setting of Bribie Island.

Our lovely home Bribie Cove has the enviable reputation of being a highly sought after aged care residence.

With close proximity to beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops, and just minutes from the Pumicestone Passage, this location is hard to beat.


You Bring:

  • Work collaboratively with your team and across multiple disciplines, internally and externally, to deliver the highest quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrate an indepth understanding and management of our drivers of success namely relationship management, accreditation standards, occupancy, ACFI, employee engagement and retention, and safe systems of work.
  • Coach, communicate and engage with, give feedback to and develop our wonderful employees in accordance with best practice and the McKenzie way.
  • Support your team to be positive and active implementers when it comes to new projects, processes, services and ideas.
  • Be a change role model who always looks for and embraces better ways to do things.
