About the role:
Our Revenue Assurance team focuses on optimising profits while upholding commercial ethics. Our goal is to offer senior management the confidence necessary to excel in a competitive market environment.
As the Revenue Assurance Analyst, your role is crucial in identifying, preventing, and addressing commercial leakage. You'll focus on boosting revenue throughout our operations, making a significant impact on our company's financial well-being.
What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with teams to prevent revenue loss.
- Prepare precise reports to support decisionmaking.
- Drive our Revenue Assurance team's agenda through proactive engagement.
- Shape and execute our Revenue Assurance strategy.
- Advocate for Revenue Assurance goals while establishing robust systems.
- Understand profitrelated risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to protect revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends.
About you:
- Previous demonstrated experience in Revenue assurance, Internal audit or similar roles.
- Proficiency in data analytics demonstrated knowledge with tools such as SQL, PowerBI/Tableau and Alteryx preferred.
- Understanding of business management and drivers, particularly in billing operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Problem solving skills with a critical mindset and analytical skills to tackle complex issues.
