We're seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to join our Austral Masonry office in Oakdale Industrial Estate - Horsley Park, NSW.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for representing and selling Austral Masonry products within the residential, reseller, commercial, multi-residential, civil and architectural segments of the industry.

Duties include but are not limited to
***:

  • Drive sales growth through effective leadership skills.
  • Develop strategies for business growth, industry leading customer service and profit margin growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Acquire new customers by scheduling sales calls and identifying potential accounts.
  • Develop Sales Plans, activities and campaigns for your designated territory.
  • Meet budget requirements for both volume and revenue.
  • Inform customers of new products, prices, and price increases as directed by management.
  • Enter and maintain customer orders and deliveries in an ERP.
  • Assist with the launch and introduction of new products.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Manage any specific complaints in a timely and responsible manner.
  • Ensure the effective use of our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and developments.
  • Ensure all activities are conducted in a safe manner, compliant with WHS policies and procedures.
    Success Requirements
***:

  • Tertiary qualification in a Business/Sales related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the Building and/or Construction industry.
  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Representative.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority.
