As a Client Services Advisor your job is to provide awesome service to our existing client base with day-to-day parts of your role including...

Assist our customers with general enquires
Amend existing policies
Listen to customer needs and identify opportunities

A bit about you.

Must have a passion for providing an exceptional customer service
The drive to excel and exceed targets/KPIs
Adaptability and willingness to learn
Confidence and a positive attitude
Resilience in a fastpaced environment
Demonstrate the ability to problem solve with customers
Customer service/ sales experience preferable
