ABOUT THE ROLE


Based in Melbourne and reporting to the Executive General Manager - Place & Environment, Victoria you will be a critical member of the Victorian Place & Environment team, providing executive business support and partnering with our project managers to play a critical role in budget management, invoicing and project administration.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Executive assistance to the General Manager
  • Place & Environment, Victoria including diary management, team coordination, travel management and bookings, information management and general administration
  • Administering projects in Dynamics365, including project setup, processing variations, cost control, reporting and cash flow maintenance.
  • Provide monthly project reporting, including budgets, forecasts and cost to complete
  • Review subconsultant and internal invoices for accuracy and recommend for payment
  • Prepare monthly invoicing and forecasting
  • Monitor receipt of Purchase Orders and update project with details.

You're unquestionably a people person with exceptional interpersonal skills which assist you to negotiate tricky situations while you build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.


You will also have:

  • At least ten years' experience for a consulting firm or similar, with a minimum of three years' experience in project controls / project administration
  • Proven ability to raise invoices, track project spendature, prepare forecasts and administer projects in a financial system
  • Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
  • Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is well regarded, however comprehensive onthejob training and mentoring is available
  • Certificate or diploma in administration, project administration or accounting is wellregarded
