Corporate Services, including payroll, will be provided by Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action while a process for the formal transfer of staff in impacted areas is implemented.
Land Use Victoria plays a pivotal role in the Victorian Government's responsibility for providing effective property markets through the integrity and efficiency of its land administration systems.
The primary purpose of the position is to undertake compliance of Subscribers to an Electric Lodgment Network (ELN) which provide electronic conveyancing services.
LRS is a Unit within Land Use Victoria, and its role is to provide the Victorian community with land registry and property information services.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
- Sound working knowledge of the Transfer of Land Act 1958, Subdivision Act 1989 and associated Acts (Surveying Act; Water Act; Property Law Act; Administration and Probate Act; Sale of Land Act; Instruments Act; Local Government Act; Evidence Act, and Privacy and Data Protection Act), the registration of dealings and plans, and the functions and procedures of Land Registry Services is mandatory.
- Sound working knowledge of Electronic Conveyancing is mandatory.
- Independently performs professional or technical work at an advanced level in a narrow field of expertise or on projects
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 2 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne with hybrid work arrangements available.
