What you will be doing

  • Provide confidential executive administrative and business support to the Executive Director ED).
  • Demonstrate effective time management. Organise meetings, events, agendas, set up technical equipment and record of minutes.
  • Identify, develop, and implement executive support procedures.
  • Scheduling of the ED's commitments, correspondence, appointments, and overall office management.
  • Development of All Staff Communications.
  • Support the Principal Executive Officer (PEO) with managing the office's shared mailbox determining priority, initiating action, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and coordinate the correspondence tracking system to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify emerging issues and trends within Community Recovery and escalate concerns to the PEO.
  • Consult and negotiate with key stakeholders to resolve any matters as requested by the ED or PEO
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including itineraries, travel bookings, accommodation, and expense claims.
  • Monitor and screen incoming telephone calls and assist with or redirect where appropriate.
  • Undertake tasks allocated by the PEO.
  • Demonstrate ethical behaviour, professional growth, and continuous improvement.
