Due to an exciting point in CSR business transformation, we have a new opening for PIM Analyst (Product Information Management) to join our high performing team.

Job Summary

The role of the PIM Analyst will work within our Master Data team, supporting many areas of the CSR business in analysing the PIM data, to support commercial driven outcomes.

The role reports in the Head of Master Data but this role will work closely with the marketing teams.


Key responsibilities:


  • Design, implement, and maintain the Product Information Management (PIM) system within SAP.
  • Manage master data attributes in PIM / CELUM ensuring Marketing can enrich Products and Assets fully.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
  • Support the creation and management of product hierarchies, attributes, and relationships.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to analyse data workflows.
  • Assist in training to endusers to ensure effective utilization of the PIM system.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancements in PIM and SAP technologies.

Your experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a PIM Analyst or a similar role, with expertise in SAP, Oracle, or another large enterprise product management system
  • Solid understanding of product data management concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in data models and data migration processes.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identify and resolve datarelated issues.
  • Good communication skills with an ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders effectively.
