Responsibilities:

Offering technical guidance for monitoring information systems operations
Making system modifications to boost capacity
Evaluating vendor proposals for hardware purchases
Overseeing records on production, machine maintenance, and malfunctions
Analyzing operating system monitoring results and suggesting enhancements
Providing advice on organizational procedures and workflow analysis

Requirements:

Less than 2 years of IT experience

Preferred Skills:

Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-driven and detail-oriented
