Full-Time Information & Organisation Officer
- $80,000 - $100,000 p.a. plus superannuation

Current Opening:

This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).

Position Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Conduct research and analysis of market trends, technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement information management strategies and systems to enhance the organization's efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements for technology solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, and data governance processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
  • Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and endusers, addressing their information and organizational needs and resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on the effective use of technology tools and systems.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for process improvement and compliance with information management standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the delivery of highquality technology solutions.
  • Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, or risks to the organization's information and organizational capabilities.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the organization's operations, providing recommendations and insights for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's resilience in the face of potential disruptions or data breaches.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the organization's IT strategy, aligning information and organizational initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelors Degree or Higher qualification
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Able to collaborate with team members and interact with stakeholders.
  • Keen to detail
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, data management software, and collaboration tool

Salary:

The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 - $100,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
