Current Opening:
This opportunity is a full-time position (38 hours per week).
Position Responsibilities and Tasks
- Conduct research and analysis of market trends, technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement information management strategies and systems to enhance the organization's efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements for technology solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain databases, data models, and data governance processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of technology solutions, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines for technology initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and endusers, addressing their information and organizational needs and resolving technical issues.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on the effective use of technology tools and systems.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for process improvement and compliance with information management standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the delivery of highquality technology solutions.
- Monitor and analyse system performance, identifying and addressing any bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, or risks to the organization's information and organizational capabilities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory changes relevant to the organization's operations, providing recommendations and insights for strategic decisionmaking.
- Support the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's resilience in the face of potential disruptions or data breaches.
- Participate in the development and execution of the organization's IT strategy, aligning information and organizational initiatives with business goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors Degree or Higher qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
- Able to collaborate with team members and interact with stakeholders.
- Keen to detail
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, data management software, and collaboration tool
Salary:
The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $80,000 - $100,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
