Your part in the ongoing success of our business in supporting key frontline services in the Strategy, Investment and Business Services directorate will see you responsible for a variety of work.


Key Accountabilities will include:


  • Build and foster strong relationships to deliver excellence in ICT Support Services, workforce management and workforce strategy
  • Influence the development of innovative business solutions for Frontline & Digital Division (F&DD) Executives and Managers
  • Influence business improvement, and drive quality customer service and change within F&DD support teams
  • Resource management and leadership of the Business Support Services team to ensure high quality Executive Support services are delivered. Provide advice to internal and external stakeholders on all F&DD workforce matters
  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on Workforce Planning matters for F&DD.
