Company Overview:
We are recruiting for one of our loyal clients who specialise in delivering high-end residential homes to clients on the Gold Coast.
Their focus is on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service - They take pride in providing their clients with luxurious homes that exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daytoday management of onsite construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact project timelines, costs, or quality.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the project management team to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience in highend residential and/or commercial construction, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of subcontractors and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A solid understanding of construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
- A strong commitment to health and safety, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and company policies and procedures.
- A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
