Company Overview:

We are recruiting for one of our loyal clients who specialise in delivering high-end residential homes to clients on the Gold Coast.

Their focus is on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service - They take pride in providing their clients with luxurious homes that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daytoday management of onsite construction activities, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact project timelines, costs, or quality.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with the project management team to develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project progress and any issues that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

Prior experience in highend residential and/or commercial construction, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of subcontractors and suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
A solid understanding of construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
A strong commitment to health and safety, with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations and company policies and procedures.
A relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is desirable.
