Description

The School Improvement Group are responsible for strategically leading and coordinating the school improvement agenda for the Directorate's Education Support Office (ESO) and schools.

The Group is responsible for developing and implementing the Directorate's school improvement strategy with a focus on evidence-based practice and implementation of school improvement initiatives.


The School Planning and Review team operates within School Improvement Group to provide evidence-informed support for evaluation of student and school performance and progress including planning for strengthening the school improvement cycle.


The role is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the reform program across Education Support Office (ESO) and ACT public schools.

There will also be opportunities to support the broader School Improvement Group.
