About the Opportunity:

As our Organisational Effectiveness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of our People and Culture strategy.

This position involves designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development, design, and change strategies to enhance employee experience and overall organisational effectiveness.

You will lead initiatives and projects across the employee lifecycle, focusing on culture, engagement, performance, growth, development, leadership, talent management, and organisational design.

Key areas will include:

Organisational Development & Effectiveness:

Support the delivery of the People & Culture strategy through contemporary and purposeful Organisational Development & Effectiveness initiatives
Lead the diagnosis, design, delivery, and evaluation of projects, programs, and interventions aligned with CleanCo's needs and priorities
Provide expertise in workplace engagement, organisational design, culture, employee experience, capability, performance, talent, and leadership development
Lead the implementation of organisational design outputs, including operating models, team structures, and capability frameworks

About you:

10+ years' experience as an Organisational Development/Effectiveness Specialist in complex environments
Knowledge and experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating organisational development, design, and change strategies
Expertise in capability, performance, talent management, leadership development, culture, change management, and employee engagement
Proven experience in conducting cultural and capability assessments, stakeholder analysis, and diagnostic activities
Strong facilitation skills for programs, workshops, and coaching employees at all levels
Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development/Psychology, Business, Human Resources Management, or related field.
Certificate or accreditation in Change Management, Organisational Design, Workforce Planning would be highly regarded
