The Role:

We are on the lookout for a highly efficient and technically focused Conversion Technician to join us here at Henry Schein One As our Conversion Technician you will be managing the full software conversion process for our new customer installations as they embark on their customer onboarding journey with us, ensuring a smooth conversion onto our software platforms


Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Onboarding new customers
  • Coordinating allocated sites, and arranging all documentation required
  • Ensuring all conversion are carried out within their allocated timeframe and providing regular updates to the customer along the way
  • Remote and/or onsite installation and configuration of all Henry Schein One software, modules and services
  • Managing the conversions process, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders

Your skills and experience:


  • At least 2 years work experience within a business environment and/or customer service experience
  • Experience in an IT or software related technical role is advantageous
  • Strong understanding of Databases and Servers
  • Highly effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong planning and organisational ability
  • Highly efficient with a proactive approach to work tasks
