Position Description:


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions for Sales and Customer Service that align with key business objectives
  • Maintain and support daytoday operations of the Salesforce platform
  • Responsible for user support tickets, triage tickets raised and resolve support tickets
  • Work with key stakeholders to find innovative ways to leverage the Salesforce platform
  • Review all Salesforce platform changes and provide communication and training where required
  • Develop and update documentation and training in line with the company's information management system
  • Work with team members to develop integration with other business systems
  • Coordinate with external resources where required
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
