Key responsibilities:

- managing non-complex Workers' Compensation claims and Return to Work Programs;
- supporting the HR team in the management of Fitness for Work cases;
- conducting simple hazard and incident investigations;
- coordinate the workstation assessment process;
- secretariat and administrative support to the HSS Work Health Safety Committee;
- responsible for coordinating the recruitment of WHS volunteer roles (which include Safety and Health Representatives, First Aid Officers and Workstation Assessors) and providing ongoing coaching and support to individuals undertaking these roles, as well as recruiting and coordinating volunteers from the Employee Support Program;
- assist and support the WHS and wellbeing internal and external reporting activities and data; and
- coordination and promotion of wellbeing activities across the organisation.
