About the Role
An opportunity to be the client representative as SMP supervisor for a

12-month contract,

8:6 roster DIDO out of Perth,

car provided. Take advantage of a well-established project pipeline and help shape material handling solutions going forward.
Key Criteria
  • Oversee and manage the execution of all SMP (Scope, Schedule, and Budget) activities on behalf of the client.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and project teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and develop proactive solutions to mitigate issues.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to resolve any conflicts and ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Review and approve project documentation, change orders, and budget revisions in accordance with the client's requirements and guidelines.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the client regarding project status, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the initial plan.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Construction Management, Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in supervising and managing SMP activities within a clientside role, preferably in construction or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, construction processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, codes, and standards related to construction projects.
