$75k base + Bonus

A full time opportunity exists for an experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join a thriving team. We are seeking a motivated, energetic and driven individual with a strong focus on customer service and sales.

Your day will consist of;

High level of customer service, both face to face and over the phone
Liaising between the workshop and customer regarding repairs
Managing the daily on flow or repair orders and invoicing
Providing support to your team members as and when required
Discussing onsell work to customers and advise on future maintenance requirement

Required experience;

Previous experience within a dealership environment in an advisor position (minimum 12 months) However not essential
High level computer competency
A current NSW driver's licence
