About the role:

This role is team focused on the efficient and accurate information being provided to stakeholders by processing requests received.


APS 3 Contact Centre Duties
- monitor and maintain team mailbox
- deal with stakeholders' problems quickly and effectively
- ensure all team targets/KPIs are reached


APS 3/4 Helpdesk operator
- using call logging software to log notes of issue and resolution while on phone calls
- analysis and interpretation of data to identify issues and provide solutions
- work 9am - 5pm weekdays with scheduled breaks
