YOUR ROLE
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities include:

  • Closely follow Goods receivable process within warehouse management system
  • Ensure inventory are received and put away timeously according to KPI's
  • Accurately execute warehouse stock movements and maintain pick bay accuracy
  • Assist with weekly cycle counts as well as daily replenishment of store inventory according to the replenishment report
  • Courteously satisfy incoming telephone calls from customers as soon as practicable
  • Accurately invoice & freight
  • Expedite back orders and communicate status to customers daily
  • Ensure that all agreed documentation is up to date, accurate and efficiently communicated and look after maintenance of relevant account detail changes

ABOUT YOU

You are an administration and customer all-rounder who can do various administration tasks and have experience in a similar role.

Previous experience using S21 or similar warehouse management system would be a huge advantage. Attention to detail and go getter attitude is a must.
