**One of our key clients is seeking an experienced change manager to deliver an important people-focussed organisational change initiative on an 12 month contract in their transformation & change team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead change management activities for various initiatives and projects, while supporting our people strategy.
As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing change management and communication strategies, engaging key stakeholders, measuring change management effectiveness, and coaching stakeholders to become effective change leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead change management activities for identified initiatives and projects, including developing and implementing change management and communication strategies.
- Engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure successful delivery of change management initiatives, with a focus on developing a change management mindset and maturity.
- Develop change management tools and artifacts for business stakeholders to sustain introduced changes.
- Undertake business diagnostics to assist in measuring the effectiveness of change management initiatives.
- Mentor and coach stakeholders to become effective change leaders.
- Collaborate with the Transformation & Change team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values.
- Provide regular updates to project teams and senior management regarding change management progress and status.
- Work collaboratively with other teams across the organization to ensure the integration of change management with other business processes and functions.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Extensive experience in leading change management activities in complex organizational change projects
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
- Certification in PROSCI or equivalent change management certification, with experience in change management (certifications desirable)
- Coaching experience at peer and senior management level to support leaders to effectively implement and embed change within their teams
- Project management and/or business analyst experience (desirable)
- Highly developed facilitation skills.
