The Role

Currently seeking a high calibre HR Business Partner to own an operational client group across end-to-end employee matters, assist the team in delivering national projects and support across key HR strategy and cycles.

You will support across several projects within the change space managing the communication with key stakeholders. You will also assist with the annual performance and salary review process.

This business has a heavy focus on customer advocacy and with a highly engaged workforce, this role is integral to their continued success.

Please note this is a part-time (3 days a week), fixed term contract role.

The Criteria
***To succeed in this role, you will be a strong HR generalist with around years' experience, you will be exceptionally commercially minded with a strong customer focus. You will have experience implementing policy and process changes. Ideally you will also have experience in remuneration and be confident running a salary and performance review process.
