Do you have experience and passion for supporting our teams across multiple Qld sites, to deliver care services for our clients to live their best lives at home?

We are looking for a Operations Administrator to join our team.

Your Role

  • As Operations Administrator for statewide community based operations, your role will provide critical support for our multiple Branches and Day Respite Centres to deliver services to our clients living at home

Your Tasks will include:


  • Perform high quality administration support
  • Assist with workflow, planning and organisation of daily activities including calendar management, facilitating team communications, scheduling tasks and meetings, monitoring deadlines and correspondence preparation
  • Assist and support the documentation and implementation of business processes and procedures
  • Drive and assist in continual process improvement as well as user adherence to process
  • Maintain accurate records and highquality documentation in accordance with the responsibilities of the role
  • Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to coordinate tasks, resources and projects within required timeframes
  • Use discretion and sensitivity in all dealings and maintain strict standards of confidentiality

Role Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Business or Administration or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in Business or Project operations and duties
  • Project coordination experience is highly desirable (or the ability to quickly gain this understanding)
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and with strong attention to detail

Additional Requirements

  • Vaccinated (and maintain uptodate vaccinations) against Influenza and COVID1
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated high level computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Ability to work well under pressure and respond to deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy
