Our
Transaction Services team help clients navigate through our ever-changing commercial landscape through expert vendor due diligence, buy side due diligence and vendor assistance.
This team make up part of the wider Deals team who collectively bring deep industry experience and international networks to help businesses succeed from deal concept to deal close.
We help deliver some of the world's leading companies originate, create, execute, and realise value from deals, blending technical skills and strategy to advise top ASX organisations, not-for-profit companies and private clients with spectacular results.
Through data driven insights, we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value for their company.And our team is expanding.
We're looking for a
Manager to work within all facets of TS projects, participate in a collaborative team, and with a focus on knowledge sharing and thought leadership, and coaching Associates and Graduates/Vacationers within our vast community of solvers.
You'll learn plenty as you focus on building lasting relationships as a trusted advisor to a varied and interesting client base, including international corporates, and global and domestic private equity firms in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in financial due diligence you'll solve problems which champion imaginative ways to solve our clients' most important challenges.
- Provide well articulated analytical and commercial insights, produce high quality financial due diligence deliverables/reports and onthejob support on transactions.
- Identify key value drivers, with a focus on understanding businesses and providing financial insights, to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their deal objectives.
- Drive financial analysis on buy side and sell side due diligence engagements.
- Adopt emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovative tools across our business, enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities.
- Coach and develop a team of talented juniors to build trusted relationships and grow their capabilities.
- Adopt risk management best practices and perform key risk management procedures on engagements.
