Resiliency & Criticality, a key part of our Global Technology Service group, are the strategists and governing specialists behind the technology our customers and colleagues rely on every day.
Playing a multifaceted role across framework delivery, operational oversight and consultative remediation, the team are an invaluable group ensuring the service quality and continuity of our entire technology stack.
Your Role
As a Resiliency Criticality Specialist, you will play a key in ensuring that the frameworks governing our critical technology services are sustainable, fit for purpose and deliver world class service resilience.
This is a strategic partner role supporting service owners, delivery leads and managers by providing consultative advice on best practice initiatives and framework implementation.
From criticality assessments to the design of sustainable solutions, you will collaborate across multiple functional areas and deliver outcomes that will improve overall service delivery, performance and risk resilience.
Success in this role will be the delivery of sustainable, impactful and measurable solutions that support our Group technology service ecosystem.
- A summary of duties include but aren't limited to; _
- Design, delivery and transition of service architecture
- Criticality assessments, risk governance, prioritisation and related reporting
- Consultation and collaboration across the ITSM and ITSCM lifecycle
- Driving agreed strategic direction and group initiatives through effective influencing, service governance and delivery oversight
- Business Analysis, Project Management and Reporting
About You
An excellent communicator and skilled problem solver, you will be passionate about delivering strategy though collaboration and driving change through positive influencing.
As true strategist, you will open minded and ever-curious, maintaining an up to date, in-depth knowledge of relevant best practice guidelines, and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data gathering to inform decision making.
You will be skilled at building stakeholder relationships and deliver demonstrable improvements through quality advice and framework design.- Key Skills and Qualifications; _
- ITIL and a working knowledge / experience across ITSCM
- Expert knowledge of Resilience and Risk Prioritisation / Criticality Framework
- Tertiary qualification in I.T or closely related discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Welldeveloped interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Commercially astute, understanding the wider impacts in decision making
- Competence in business analysis and project management preferred
- Everinquisitive, analytical and have a level headed understanding of the risk/reward matrix in strategic planning
