About the Role:

The Service Delivery and Reporting team is crucial for supporting brigade response and performance improvement at CFA. They develop initiatives to enhance community service, gather data to inform CFA's capabilities, and facilitate continuous improvement.

They work on designing and developing systems and tools that align with contemporary practices, thereby building the capacity and capability of CFA.

As the Performance and Systems Improvement Coordinator, your responsibilities include actively engaging with CFA members on post incident reporting that details the daily operational response.

In addition, you will participate in the design and development of programs that aim to enhance performance.

These initiatives not only enhance CFA's overall effectiveness but provide concrete evidence of the valuable contributions made by CFA members across both operational and nonoperational endeavours.

This role involves accurate data entry, troubleshooting system issues, and developing tools to enhance understanding of Performance Improvement processes.

It also includes providing customer-focused advice, building relationships with stakeholders, coordinating improvement programs, and managing information requests from various sources.


About You:


  • Tertiary qualifications in data analytics, business or equivalent experience in a similar role (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a customer service environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Welldeveloped organisational skills, and demonstrated ability to set priorities, meet tight work demands and manage competing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in participating in innovative projects and initiatives

  • Can provide acceptable evidence that they meet full vaccination status (3 doses) or provide medical evidence confirming an exemption.
