CTS People is a leading recruitment agency based in Applecross, Perth, Western Australia, specializing in international recruitment and immigration services.
Key Responsibilities:
Visa Administration:
International Recruitment:
Document Management:
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Manage electronic and hardcopy filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
General Administrative Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment and immigration teams, as required.
- Assist in preparing reports and other documentation as needed.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the recruitment or immigration industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in document management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
