This organisation is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their national team.

You will enjoy being a part of a wider HR team while having the opportunity to support a state client group autonomously across 4 branches in NSW and ACT.

The Role:

Reporting to the HR Manager and General Manager of HR, you will be responsible for a client group of approximately 70.

You will specifically:

Work closely with the HR Manager and GM of HR on implementing the HR strategy
Assist the business with the endtoend employee lifecycle
Develop and deliver training and development plans for staff
Coach and empower managers on performance management processes
Assist with the rolling out of a new HR system
Build strong relationships with staff members and key business stakeholders
End to end recruitment, and related administration, inductions, onboarding
Assist with national HR projects and policies as required

To Be Successful:

Experience supporting a client group autonomously ideally in an industry with trades and services stakeholders
Be comfortable working in a multisite business
Demonstrable experience building relationships with key decision makers and leaders
Exposure to creating and implementing work health and safety policies and practices
