ABOUT US PACCAR Financial and PacLease **provides financial services and leasing products for purchases of PACCAR's vehicles through an extensive dealer network throughout Australia.


THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and collaborative individual to join our high-performing Administration Team.


This dynamic, fast-paced environment will see you using your exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organisational skills to provide account reconciliation and management support to PACCAR Financial.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Account reconciliations across both retail and wholesale loan portfolios using various business systems.
  • Provide monthly statements and adhoc reports for key customer accounts including Finance, Leasing, and Repair/ Maintenance charges.
  • Perform accurate and timely preparation of customer loan payout quotes.
  • Handle all major customer account transaction enquiries and ensure cash is correctly applied against loan contracts.
  • Resolve client charges and payment queries.
  • Reconcile and resolve any account related discrepancies and compile customer refunds for approval and payment.
  • Perform ongoing review and maintenance of Work Instructions to ensure they are kept up to date.
  • Assist with internal and external audit requirements, collating data set requirements.
  • Assist with daily system start up and month end roll over when required.
  • Perform special projects as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • Accounting/Finance degree or Business-Related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Up to date knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical spreadsheeting skills.
  • Administration experience and Computer Modelling skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong customer service skills and focus.
  • Excellent organisation skills with an ability to plan and prioritise.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
