APS 4/5 Transition Officers (Multiple Roles)

Location:
Adelaide, SA


Contract length: 6 Month Contracts with an extension option

Hourly Rate:
$45.39-$52.63 p/h + Super


Our client is currently increasing their collaborations with government and non-government organisations to assist their ability improve the wellbeing of individuals and families in Australian communities.

As part of this collaboration, they have established a funding program to assist organisations to obtain suitable funds for future programs supported by our Federal Government.

APS4/5

Transition Officer, you will provide a range of administrative duties and support to various stakeholders of this program.


Your daily priorities will be:

  • Work efficiently and with accuracy following set processes and standard operating procedures.
  • Quality check documents and provide clear advice to Round Coordinators on errors and discrepancies between sources.
  • Support the approval and execution process by providing clear recommendations to the delegate in relation to differing funding arrangements.
  • Once approved by a delegate, organise accurate agreement documents to the correct to the approved recipient, and save files on relevant corporate systems.
  • Receive and process signed agreements, Deeds of Variation, Notices of Change, Deeds of Novation and Deeds of Termination and release payment/s where relevant.
  • Following execution by a delegate, finalise requests and documents ensure these are sent to the correct recipient and relevant Funding Arrangement Manager (FAM), including saving these on the relevant corporate systems.
  • Maintain workload databases to provide internal and external reporting and inform future projections.
  • Save relevant documentation to Archiving, Recordkeeping and Compliance (ARC), or other corporate systems as required.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities, including training (on the job and formal)
  • Through the above, contribute to team achievement of Key Performance Indicators.
