**How will I help?

Responding promptly to and efficiently completing Workday processing activities, maintaining the highest levels of data accuracy throughout the process
Creation and management of employee related documentation including contracts and letters, ensuring accuracy and correctness of content and in accordance with Bupa policies and protocols
Investigate and resolve complaints and concerns a timely and effective manner, with particular focus on those which may impact employee pay
Identify areas for process improvement by actively reviewing transactions or process activities Support various HR projects and initiatives

**What do I need?

Demonstrated interest in HR
Experience in customer service, administration or phonebased support roles
Strong attention to detail
Problem solving and solutionsoriented mindset
12 years within an HR/recruitmentbased role (preferred)
Qualifications in HR (Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree) and/or Business Administration, or similar is desirable
