What's on offer?


This newly created role will report directly into the EA to the CEO and will support the Office of the CEO and the Executive Leadership team.

As a proactive member of the team, you will provide administrative support, to ensure the effective and efficient operation whilst ensuring collaboration and connection to QinetiQ overall.

With no two days the same, your typical day may look like this:

Coordinating diaries including organising catering and managing room bookings

Assist with travel bookings and arrangements including accommodation, travel documents etc.

Support with business operations such as events, training and conferences etc.

Credit card and invoice reconciliation

Minutes of meetings, agendas and preparing required documentation

Working closely with your UK counterpart to ensure fluid operations

Administrative support to the EA where requested


About you:

You will be a customer focused, professional and supportive person, who prides themselves on their "can-do" attitude


You will also have:
Flexible approach with the ability to work with a range of stakeholders

Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail

Working knowledge of the MS Office Suite and ability to learn new programs

Ability to work on-site 5 days per week in our Brindabella Park based offices


Due to the nature of our work, you'll need to be an Australian citizen and eligible for Australian Defence security clearance.
