Your Opportunity
Forming part of the
Strategy & Operations team this 12 month contract position will play a key role in helping to drive the operations and engagement of the KPMG Futures division by:
- Assisting with the
planning, coordination and delivery of projects related to operations, people engagement and capability - Managing the
operations and internal processes across KPMG Futures - Being the point of contact for
operational requests across the team - Supporting the development of
staff surveys including GPS, regular pulse surveys and outputs/action plan of annual staff engagement survey - Assisting with the development of a
pipeline of talent through coordination of the vacationer, intern and graduate recruitment programs - Developing and managing the
onboarding procedures and acting as the coordination point for all New Starters - Supporting the design and development of
presentations and reports of the executive team (includes NEC and LEAP reporting) - Planning and booking engaging
team events, thinking outside the box to encourage participation and drive engagement - Acting as the coordinator and liaison point for all
training and knowledge sharing across KPMG FUTURES - Liaising with
P&I to understand timelines for key P&I activities, to ensure critical business decisions can be made in a timely fashion - Supporting on any
KPMG Futures special projects as required

Your Experience

- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, operations or administrative roles
- Previous experience working for senior leadership in professional services environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products
- Strong knowledge of the internal KPMG processes, systems and culture
- Scrum / Agile certification desirable but not essential
