Job description:


Reporting to the program Change Manager, you will:

  • Analyse, design, develop, deliver, and assess training via a range of delivery channels, managing scheduling, attendance, and completions
  • Use instructional design capabilities to create training content and appropriate learning activities
  • Undertake administrative tasks relevant to the change program and training delivery according to the department's objectives and with good governance practices in mind
  • Provide input into the program change management plan and support delivery of change program activities, including communication (key messaging) and capability initiatives and assisting the
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a divers stakeholder group
To be successful for this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar technology training role within a large enterprise environment
  • The ability to the design and development of training curriculum and materials, as well has hands on training delivery experience.
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment
  • Proven experience working in an Agile environment
