Due to expansion within the IntoWork Group, we are seeking


An experienced & energetic Learning & Development Coordinator to join the team at IntoWork Australia, to work effectively and collaboratively with the team across the IntoWork Australia Group.

About the role


This newly created position provides an opportunity to create, coordinate and implement targeted learning solutions, interventions and programs that contribute to the development of skills and capability of all IntoWork employees.


The Learning & Development Coordinator will join a vibrant and growing People & Performance and Organisational Learning & Development Team.


The role can be based at our Northcote, Vic or Milton, Qld, offices with hybrid arrangements available & will involve some interstate travel.

This is a Full Time permanent position, 38 hours per week.


About you:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role


You will also have:

  • Experience in learning, training & development, from design through to facilitation, in a business or corporate setting
  • Demonstrated experience in administrating a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Certificate 4 in Training & Assessment is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated experience in learning design and elearning module authoring
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management, effective collaboration and internal consultancy and advisory experience
  • A proactive attitude & alignment with our company values
  • Welldeveloped professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective time management & organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively to meet multiple deadlines
  • Full drivers licence
