This is a full time Monday to Friday role, with shifts generally starting at 6am and finishing around 2:30pm, however flexibility is a must as there may overtime required at either end of the day as well as Saturday mornings.

In your new role with us, you will:

Operating a concrete batch plant and front-end loader (FEL)
Scheduling deliveries and taking customer orders
Working in a high performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Hanson and the customer
Able to demonstrate safety and show leadership potential
Ensure all products meet 100% quality requirements
Monitoring all plant and equipment maintenance requirements
Managing maintenance tasks at the concrete plant, which includes a level of manual handling

Have the drive to succeed, can work autonomously and without supervision
Are an effective communicator and have a team mentality
Seek a flexible roster that includes Saturday work and reasonable overtime
Are looking to obtain a Construction Card / White Card and FEL competency
Are able to operate with and support our Zero Harm safety policy
Can physically perform all tasks associated with the position
Hold a valid HR licence (would be advantageous)
